Full Listing Service terms
Transaction management and coordination for Full Listing Service is 1% of the sale price on properties selling over $300,000. On properties under $300,000, the fee is a flat 1% or a $1,500 minimum, whichever is greater.
The $549 upfront fee for Full Listing Service is non-refundable. If your home sells, it is credited toward your commission at closing. If your listing is canceled, withdrawn, or expires without a closed sale, the $549 is not returned.
Professional photography and video are included with Full Listing Service. If your listing is canceled, withdrawn, or does not result in a closed sale for any reason, you agree to reimburse the cost of the photography and video session. Drone add-ons are billed separately and non-refundable, and apply to all plans.
Full Service — No Upfront terms
No fee is due at signing. Commission is 1.75% of the sale price, or a flat $2,500, whichever is greater, due at closing.
Because no upfront fee is collected on this plan, if your listing is canceled, withdrawn, or does not result in a closed sale for any reason, you agree to reimburse the cost of the professional photography and video session at that time. Drone add-ons remain billed separately and non-refundable.
